Dark Chocolate Bark With Pistachios And Cranberries

- Cook: 7 minutes

- 10 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
- In a small stockpot, melt chocolate over low heat.
- Pour melted chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Top with pistachios and cranberries while chocolate is still melted.
- Place in refrigerator until set, usually about 1 hour.
- Break into pieces.
